WORKSHOPS: PART 2: IDEATE AND PLAN

The participants regroup and the ‘How Might We’ statements are presented. Participants vote individually for the ten ‘How Might We’s’ which they felt:

1) Could have innovative solutions

2) That they had influence on to make happen

3) which were important to resolve. Hot spots emerge, those HMW’s extracted are the basis of ideation that informs the development of the implementation plan

Participants are then introduced to ideation tools and focus shifts to work together to generate new ideas on how they might collaborate to solve the challenge(s) they have identified. Teams cluster their ideas and shared these back. Each person then identifies small actionable and achievable steps that they could take to bring the ideas to reality in the near future.  These form the basis of an integrated, co-developed implementation plan of activities that fulfill the Food Possibilities Framework.
